We want to make it easy for our members to enjoy the ongoing therapeutic benefits of massage in a clean, safe, and familiar environment...as part of an overall wellness plan. Our professional Massage Therapists customize each session, paying extra attention to your specific needs. Men and non-members are also welcome to use our massage and Reiki services.

A massage can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, and reduce blood pressure. Massage can also promote better sleep, reduce anxiety, and create an overall sense of well-being!

SERVICES AND PRICES

CHAIR MASSAGE...performed in a specially designed chair. Specific body parts can be targeted.

Cost: $1 per minute(+tax)

SWEDISH MASSAGE... the therapist uses smooth, gliding strokes called effleurage on massage table.

Cost: $35 half-hour, $60 hour, $90 one & half hours( tax)

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE... a specialized massage designed for mothers-to-be, with the woman comfortably positioned on her side.

Cost: $65(+tax) hour

HOT STONE MASSAGE...performed with volcanic stone finely polished and heated at 120 degrees.

Cost: $100(+tax) hour

REIKI...in this natural healing process, the therapist applies on or above the recipient's body a series of gentle "laying on of the hands" positions.

Cost: $60(+tax) hour

EXPRESS FACIAL...a cleanse, exfoliation, masque, moisturizing, and massage of the face with hot towels.

Cost: $35(+tax) half-hour

PARAFFIN DIP...warm paraffin wax dip for hands or feet.

Cost: $10(+tax) extra with a 60 minute massage

SPA PACKAGE...hands and feet exfoliation, hands paraffin dip, facial/face massage, and chair massage.

Cost: $65(+tax) hour
